As with any IT upgrade, it’s important to size your upgrade accurately. Running the Cloud Readiness Assessment ensures we allocate the right resources for your business requirements, which ultimately leads to a successful Cloud migration.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Cloud Readiness Assessment is a 7 to 30-day discovery of your current IT environment. We create a server in the Cloud which we link to your IT environment, and this server captures vital statistics on the way your IT runs and the resources it uses.
WHAT WE NEED ACCESS TO
To run the assessment tool, we need to have administrative access to your current IT environment. Specifically, a 2012 windows server (or later version). Having access at this level allows us to deploy and manage the assessment.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When running the assessment, we only access the information that we need. We gather all data through the assessment tool which ensures we can plan accurately. We capture server and storage utilisation, and network output.

INFRASTRUCTURE INSIGHT
Now that we have a clear insight to your infrastructure, it allows us to use this information to produce the options for migrating to the Cloud. We do this through our Cloud modelling process.
CLOUD MODELLING
This is where we accurately choose the right Cloud resources, in order to build out your proposal. This is based on all the metrics from our assessment, so we know the service will be suitable.
CLOUD MIGRATION PROPOSAL
Once we have the assessment outcome, we can provide you with an accurate proposal, detailing the resources required and the anticipated monthly cost. Ideal for board meetings.
