We have always been advocates of Apprentices here at Freestyle. Through our years of trading, we have aided many young people at the start of their professional journey.

Our partnership with Basingstoke ITEC has helped us to deliver quality Apprenticeships, in multiple departments, within our company.  

So what are our past apprentices doing now?

James completed his IT Engineer Apprenticeship in 2018. He has since achieved multiple vendor accreditations. To expand his knowledge and enhance the services, we deliver for our customers. Our Director, commented.

Freestyle TS have benefitted greatly by having the ITEC apprentices as part of our team. James, Tim and Gaspard are now all flourishing as IT people and gaining some great experience to help escalate their careers

Gaspard and Tim completed their IT Helpdesk Apprenticeships in 2019 and have since remained part of the Freestyle Team helping our valued customers solve their IT queries. Tim said of the professional skills he’s developed.

I think the practical element of an apprenticeship and being in the workplace has helped me develop in my career and as a person so much. I have learned more in the past 3 years of work, then my 12+ years of education. My understanding has been enriched by making my own mistakes, your knowledge is not fully realised until you do it for real.
